We provided fun delicious cuisine to some of the best festivals and private parties in North Dakota and Minnesota! The company specialized in whole hog roasts and my own-recipe beer-braised BBQ pork and beef sandwiches are the tastiest melt-in-your mouth creations around! We even "brewed" our own BBQ sauces. My role is to grow the company through sales and marketing as well as coordinate all aspects of the catering process until the day of the event.
