We are a boutique live call answering service that aims to help small business owners and their staff regain time in their day by reducing distractions while making sure you never miss another important phone call or client opportunity. Being a small business our self we understand how critical it is to capture every possible lead and follow up with every prospect in a timely fashion. We are NOT an off-shore call center. This is important for a few reasons: a random person will NOT answer your calls in India Thailand nor The Philippines ALL of our agents are US-based with English as their primary language We will provide you with a very small team of two to five dedicated receptionists with whom you can communicate directly and freely.
